SUMMARY:LATE – eine wichtige Demenzdifferentialdiagnose
DESCRIPTION:Ziele Ziel dieses Webinars ist es, die Teilnehmer:innen über e
 ine sehr wichtige (neue) Differentialdiagnose der Demenz vom Alzheimertyp 
 zu informieren.  „Limbic predominant age-related TDP-43 encephalopathy 
 neuropathologic change“ (LATE-NC) ist sehr prävalent im hohen Alter und
  ein verursacht ein langsam progredientes, amnestisches klinisches Syndrom
 , welches häufig als Alzheimer-Krankheit (A-K) fehldiagnostiziert wird. 
  Andererseits stellt LATE-NC eine häufige Co-Pathologie der A-K dar und b
 eeinflusst den Krankheitsverlauf signifikant.\n\nDas Wissen um Differentia
 ldiagnosen ist eine wichtige Kompetenz sowohl in der diagnostischen Tätig
 keit und der Zusammenarbeit mit Neurolog:innen, als auch bei unserer berat
 enden und therapeutischen Tätigkeit, wenn es um die unterschiedlichen Kra
 nkheitsverläufe geht. Unterstützt durch Fallbeispiele aus der Literatur 
 und meiner Praxis werden wir dieses Krankheitsbild ausführlich besprechen
